And, today, I would like to share my favorite quote. This is the one I usually keep taped to my bathroom mirror to start me off on the right foot each morning. I haven't had it taped to my mirror for about 6 months now, and I'm starting to feel the ill effects. Change it is a-comin'! Enjoy!
