I KEPT A FIRE GOING!

I guess that might not be as big a deal to some people...but it's a big deal for me! I haven't used a wood stove in about 6 years, and even when I had one at my parents' house, I was never very good at keeping it going. But, this morning, I have successfully kept a fire going for 4 hours.

In other news, it's a new day :) And it's actually almost sunny this morning, too!

We met with our wedding photographer last night after work, and I have renewed excitement for "The Big Day" after speaking with her! For those of you who do not know Judy Pavlik, she's a pretty fantastic woman and she does beautiful work. I have known her nearly my whole life, and I think it is going to be great to have someone familiar doing our photography. She also did the photography for my brother and sister-in-law's wedding, 8 years ago. Check out her website here:
